Christmas this year was ALOT of fun! Finally Lane was home for the first holiday all year long! He had to leave the day after Christmas so we headed to Escalante Early to celebrate with everyone and be back xmas days at our house! We were so spoiled this year! I loved being home and hated leaving this time! Kenaide got a little overwhelmed a couple days, but for doing 4 different xmas's she did really well and caught on fast! She loves her toys and I am likeing have a new distraction so I can get alittle something done!

Lane is doing really good at work! The 15 hour drive is getting old, but it helps that he had 2 other guys to help with the driving. So far it hasn't be too cold like last year in ND, but there just waiting for it to hit and freeze them! He is moving up in the company and really enjoying the job itself!!

Haloween!!

This year for Haloween Lane was gone working so it was just "k" and I. A couple weeks ahead of time we went to the pumkin patch and took a hay ride to get pumpkins. We also got to ride in a "cho cho" which was alot of fun! This is the first year I have been at my own place for haloween. I'm usually always back in Escalante! So it was kindof intersting. I live in a nice neighborhood and appartently a popular one because I ran out of candy quick. I was answering the door ever 10 seconds for about 4 hours if not longer. It was crazy, but alot of fun! Kenadie caught on quick , so when the doorbell would ring she would beat me to the door. She knew I would kneel down so the little kids could get some candy, so everytime I did that she would take some candy for herself also! So cute! She was the cutest candy corn witch ever! I went back and forth with different costumes but just decided this was easiest and pretty cute!! We walked to our neighbors to trick or treat and thats about all be did, we hurried back home to be able to give out more candy! Overall it was pretty fun!

I was terrible and didn't get any pics during Thanksgiving!! Lane was also working during that time so I headed to Tuscon, AZ with my sisters and mom to see all my moms family! It has been quite a while since I have been back there and it was my grandmas frist time seeing Kenadie, along with all my cousins and aunts and uncles!! It was alot of fun to see them! Kenadie and Dylan are the only little kids around so they got SO MUCH attentions and LOVED every minute of it! K did really well with the long drive but on the way home it was a terrible long trip! We pulled over and changed clothes countless times from her being car sick!! We were so ready to be home!!

Summer!

This Summer has been crazy busy!! We have been to Vegas, camping, family reunion, lots of swimming in St. George and a ton of celebrations in Richfield! It has been so much fun. kenadie is 19 months today!! Along with Mine and Lanes 4 year anniversary! Crazy how fast it has gone by! My little girl is crazy fun but a HUGE handful. Mine and Lanes personality is coming out in her so much it scares me :) For her 18 month check up she was 33 in ( 81 %) and 27lbs (88%). My little chunkers is starting to thin out!! I love her rolls and will miss them :) She is talking up a storm. She is obsessed with her Owees, and uh oh! She can tell me how old she is, show me all her body parts and has long conversations with me with lots of hand gestures!!She has learned to twirl when she dances and she gets so dizzy she falls everytime. Kenadie loves DORA or as Kenadie says "D"! She can see and hear her a mile a way. She learned a dance from Dora and all we have to say is dora dance and she breaks it out. Then I tell her to "raise the roof" shes pretty good but it looks more like she is rapping then "raising the roof"!! I love it!

This is just so you can see the WHITE walls before we painted, and the kitchen cabinets before I stained them. They had one small wall painted an ugly clay color, so painting was a BIG project!!

Finally I have pics of the house for all of you that have asked :) .In February of this year we signed on our first home. Were living in Monroe and absoloutly love it. I'm so happy to be back in this area. We have a 3 bedroom, and 2 bath. Full unfinished basement and on what I believe is a half acre. We live in the best neighborhood possible, which is what made me want this house the most. We have been so busy doing projects. We are trying to get one room finished downstairs so I can bring my nail stuff down here, and it will also be an eyelash room. I have painted almost the entire house. All thats left is spots where I can't get to so its just patiently waiting on Lane to get to it! I (a little of lane) took on the project of staining our kitchen cupboars. Man does it look so much better. But just makes me want to get the bathroom cupboards done even more. Our back yard is nothing but dirt adn weeds, so its a big project its self. I doubt we get to, or can even aford to get it landscaped till next year, but its ok cause I have quite a bit of grass in the front. I only took pics of the rooms that wern't a complete mess :)

Ok I don't have pics yet because my cord to transfer them to my computer is missing, but I have a new one on the way. Pics will be up soon!
Kenadie turned ONE on the 8th of February! I don't even know what to say about it because it has gone by so so fast. I was very excited for her birthday but it was more of a "bittersweet" day for me. She is growing up so fast, its unbelievable. I can't even begin to describe what a blessing she has been to me. I love every little inch of ear so very much. We have more and more hair coming in YAY not enough for pigtails yet, but we are getting there!She is forsure a blondie, or at least for now! Kenadie is
-walking on her knees everywhere (very entertaining)
- she loves her daddy lots all of a sudden
-walks around on her knees with a cell phone in her ear having very long conversations, most the time with her dad!
- Loves getting into trouble :) to her No means Yes go ahead and do it (with a goofy laugh)
-Knows where her mouth, ears, nose, and belly button are
-very much into cartoons right now (especiall Dora, bubbleguppies, and spongebob)
-Loves getting into the dog food dish and eating it :/
-Her favorite dinner is macoroni shells, she can't get it in her mouth fast enough!

She has learned so much over the last couple of weeks that I can't even remember all of them. When I took her into her 1 year appt we found out she is 24 lbs (94 percentile) and 35.5 inches tall (98 percentile) Thats crazy, She is so tall for a 1 year old. Thats almost 3 ft!!! She is going to be my volleyball player, woohoo :) We celebrated her birthday with just me and Lane before he left for work. She got lots of toys, and loved her cake!! She was very hyper afterwards. Then when we headed home to Escalante later that week we celebrated her b-day again! I promise I have pics of everything that I will upload soon!

Lane and I are now in Monroe! And we love love LOVE it! We bought our first house!!!! It feels great knowing i'm in one place for a while! Lane is working in North Dakota on the oil field for now. He really seems to like so far, even though it is so cold their! I am staying at home with kenadie still. I am doing nails, and eyelash extentions a couple days a week. Thats about all I can handle because I feel very busy with everything.

We are so looking forward to summer! I can not wait to get Kenadie into swimming lessons, I think we will have so much fun doing it together! As for right now I have nothing else to blog about but can't wait until summer and hope everyone is doing well. Love you all!

Christmas/11 months

For Christmas and New Years this year we were here in Escalante. It was soo much fun with Kenadie. Even if she didn't really know what was going on it was really exciting for us. We got spoiled! So much stuff and its all stored in a room where we just look at it until we get into our own house! Kenadie had a blast with all the kids around, espeically with all the new noise, and light up toys!
This little girl is going to be one in less than a month. WOW!!! can't belive it. She is crazy!! She is starting to stand up in the middle of the floor all by her self. Not walking yet, thank goodness! She is into EVERYTHING!! The power button on the tv is always going on and off, when we say no she smiles and laughs! The dvd player is constantly opening and closing, along with the cd/dvd compartment in the computer. If she is not doing that she is either eating dog food or or emptyting out a cupboard. She talks and talks and talks. Her and Dylan have lots of "baby conversations!" And they LOVE eachother. THere going to be so bored when there not together every day.This was a hard month for the little stinker. She was pretty sick for about 3 weeks. Starting out with croup that lasted all 3 weeks. It was pretty scary, then we ended the last week with double ear infections. Yuck! That was the saddest thing ever. Poor babies, thank goodness that was the first time she had ever had one. We are lucky! But I got to learn just how much I love childrens benedryl. Helped me ALOT and helped her get some rest to help get better. We are doing really good right now, not sick any more! Kenadie has got another 3 teeth coming in, and is learning how to use them very well. Man this little girl has quite the personaltiy. She lets me know whether she likes something, wants something, disagrees with something or just plain is not in the mood with something very well!! Very good comunication :) She is soo much fun though. She is learning and picking up everything really fast now. We are teaching her all her face features (ears, mouth, nose etc.) And she loves it. She still loves waving bye bye, and is obsessed with the cell phone. She uses any toy/remote she can find and puts it up to her ear and chats with it. Anytime you say "hello" she automattically puts her hand or toy up to her ear and says hi or hello. So funny! She learned that all by herself. I promise I am not on the phone as much as it looks like!

SO I do have pics for this month, but I will just have to add them later today! Kenadie is a whoping 10 months. Double Digits. WOW! She is soo much fun, and soo much work ;) She is into everything and putting everything in her mouth! She was successful with trying dog food before I could get to her, and she didn't mind it at all. She dances, has a very silly laugh, clicks her tongue all the time to make the noise, climbing and standing on everything, loves peek a boo again! Thinks her dad is just soo funny, and has learned how to take toys away from other babies! Her face is absoloutly priceless when the baby takes the toy back! The word "No" has been used lots this past month, but she still thinks she can't understand it ;) We have my little nephew over during the week while his mom works, and he is a big time binki baby! Well Kenadie now thinks she needs one, but only when hes there. She doesn't need it for comfort she just likes to crawl around with one in her mouth and play with it. If i don't give her one she is constantly pulling Dylans out of his mouth, so yes I am feeding her another habit! At least she doesn't really care for it when hes not around. I think she is teething again, because she is chewing on everything once again! Her blanket, my nail files, Anything with a rough surface! SHe is so much fun, but I am so not look forward to when she walks, She will be much faster than what she already is!
Last night she got to experince Santa for the first time, and well she hated him! All we did was walk by him in the back of the resturant and she screamed. Then later when I took her to sit on his lap...well lets just say the picture wasn't so "precious"!! We tried a couple more times through out the night and it never changed. Infact she kept an eye on him ( he was behind us, so very obvious) all night to make sure he kept his distance! She wouldn't ever take the candy cane from him. It sat on the table in front of her for over an hour before she would grab and suck on it! Which we all know is amazing because Anything thats in reach of a 10 month old gets touched, eaten or thrown!
We are still In Escalante trying to figure out what our next step is. We are going through the process of possibly buying a house in Monroe still, but we aren't getting our hopes up to much because you never know what could happen at this point. Christmas is so close, and I LOVE this time of year. Hope everyones doing good and has a great Christmas!!

9 Months!

This year is going by way too fast! I can not believe that Kenadie is 9 months! And her little personality is just popping out! She is so funny, she has a very strong personality and yes, she acts like her mom and dad! I don't have any pics to put up this month because my camera got sent off to be fixed so for now this post will have to do. She is finally crawling both backwards and frontwards! She does both all day long, so she hasn't quite decided which she likes better ;) She can say "mama"!! She has for a while, but now it is just as clear as a whistle! Kenadie is getting very daring and is loving walking, not on her own, but along the furniture and when she is crawling she is always randomly stopping and sticking her bum in the air, and her legs spread way far apart, trying to stand up. After a few seconds of trying she goes on with crawling! Sadly because of this she had her first black eye and goose bump this month. It was very sad, her eye was swollen too! Its been over a week and that stupid green bruise color is still not gone yet ;) I wish I could just wrap her in bubble wrap and save her all the hurt feelings, but I know we have many MANY more falls, cuts, bruises, sprains, breaks and OWIES to come. I finally decided that her being able to kick and change the dvd player with her toes was a good sign of needing another car seat. SO now my baby is in a big girl carseat facing forward. Its so sad to look bad and see her looking right at me in this ginormous carseat. Where did my teeny little baby go? Kenadie is crazy smart. She copies every sound any of us make, and she wants to feed her self. and she always wants our food, not hers! ANd no way can she be tricked! She also knows how to throw a toy for tigg(not very far, so this game is no fun for tig) over, and over, and over again. She has learned to tease him with it to, and finds it really funny! My life is so chaotic with her, and I absoloutly love it. Life was so boring without her!
As for Lane and I we are still in Escalante at my moms house. It is so nice to have all the help from family, and being able to see them so much. But it is defiently time for us to find our own place. Looking for a place in Escalante had been so frusturating. There is nothing here, and I am being way more picky then i ever have. I don't want a completly old and run down place with Kenadie crawling on the floor and eating everything! So we just kindof stopped looking and are really missing Richfield area. We loved it there. So we are thinking of buying a house there! Which makes me so excited to have something that is ours, and that is somewhat permanet for a while. I think I'm craving that in my life big time. To settle down and plant some roots for a while.

8 Months

This post is a little late but we have been crazy busy this last month. My sweet little girl is 8 months. So big, she was sick this month so we took her in and her weight was just over 19 lbs. Once again she was in her 80th percentile! Just perfect! Her personality is soo much fun. She is crazy. She LOVES to grunt, and that is now what she is known for. Whenever she is concentrating or playing with her toys she just sits and grunts, its so funny. She wants to crawl so bad but its just not quite there. She can go backwards but not forwards. She is up on her knees finally but just gets frustrated and does a face dive onto the floor. I'm so glad that she is just now learning to crawl because she is into everything and everything is in her mouth, so its going to be chaos when she is completly mobile! She finally got two bottom teeth and she has her two top ones getting ready to cut through. The bottom teeth didn't bother her nearly as much as these top ones are. Poor girl they are really hurting her. She hardly eats during the day, its like she is just too busy and doesn't have time to, but at night she is up liek 3 times a night and wants to eat 6 oz. each time. During the day its a fight to give her food or more than 2 bottles, no more than 5 oz. She is such a stinker. I"m so proud I just taught her how to clap and it is so cute, also giving kisses, but she likes to give open mouth kisses ;) We are working on bye bye, blowing kisses and celebrating with her hands in the air. I could go on and on with this little girl, she is the light of my life, and I am so lucky to have her!
ALso Lane and I finally moved from Moab. We are currently living with my mom until we decided what we are doing. Lane is no longer working for Wadsworth but in now with AGI working on the new Dam here in Escalante. We will probably be in Escalante for a little while but not really sure because this field of work that Lane does keeps on moving. All I can say is that I am DONE moving for a long time, so hopefully we have a plan soon. Other than that not alot is happening. I'm excited for the winter to come and soo excited for the holidays to come!!

7 Months

Kenadie turned 7 months on the 8th of September! Her personality is way out there now and she is soo much fun. She defienetly knows how to arch her back, kick and throw a major fit! Its so amazing how much they watch you and learn. Every little thing is a big deal to us,and its so fun to watch. She still has no interest on crawling. She must be a little bit of a late bloomer on this, cause all she cares about is sitting up and playing all day. She can stand while holding on to something, but she is still a little wobbly. I bet she walks before she crawls :) She is now eating 2 meals aday with just a few bottles. I have to force her to eat most the time, cause she just isn't interested. A couple of weekends ago we headed to st. george to celebrate Mine and Lanes 3 year anniversary with my sisters and mom. We took Kenadie swimming in a pool, and she finally LOVED it. She loved splashing and kicking around, so we ended up going again that weekend.
As for Lane and I , we are still hanging around in Moab. The bridge will be completly done at the end of Decemeber some time. The hard part about this all is we have no idea where we will be moved to next. It could be up north or possibly out of state somewhere. I have a personality where I have to be organized and always have a plan, so this really really bugs me, Especially because it will be right in the middle of the holidays, I already stress so much that I am not looking forward to the next couple of months. So to try to make it a little easier I am moving home for a couple of months until they figure out where they are moving us. This way we can save a little money for the move and I can work again in Escalante and bring in a little more. Hope everyones summer was good, Im glad its just about over cause out summer here was miserably hott, and it feels PERFECT right now.

Kenadie turns 6 months

Kenadie turned 6 months on the 8th of August. Time is going by soo fast. Her little personality is totally out there and she is such a happy baby!! She is all SMILES, and she loves attention from everyone, most the time. She just learned how to play peek a boo all by her self, and it is so cute. She lifts the blanket over her head then hurries and pulls it down and waits for us to say BOO!! She still has no teeth coming in yet. She is rolling around, lifting her head up, sitting up by herself, and arching her back during her little fits :) No signs of crawling yet. She will last longer on her belly though now then she did before, and if she has something to kick her feet off of she will push and move that way, but then her little arms get stuck underneath her and she gets very upset :) This age is one of my favorites though, she is so much fun and loves to interact with everyone. She loves her toys and is keeping herself entertained with them for much longer. Anything she can get her hands on she does. At her 6th month checkup she weighed a whopping 18lbs 1/2 oz 82 percentile. She is 26 1/2 inches long and is also in her 84 percentile.

Vacation To Michigan

We flew out to Michigan this year for a family reunion! IT was soo much fun, but way too short. We flew out of Denver Thursday morning, and returned Sunday late night! It was such a long ways. We walked to the pier, visited all the family we could, swam at the beach, and went to the reunion. Doesn't sound like much, but we were so busy the entire time we were there. There is so much to do there, adn we didn't get to do hardly anything, so hopefully next time we can afford to take more time off! I haven't been able to see any of that family since I was 14 so it was really good to see all of them. It was soo hott and humid while we were there, I was happy to be back to less humidy!

5 Months!

Kenadie is already 5 months!! She is so much fun right now!She is into EVERYTHING that her little hands can reach! She is rolling over, and when she is on her little play mat, she ends up in a completly different spot in a different direction! She has been teething for about a month now, but not a tooth in sight yet! She is now over 16 lbs and is in the 80th percentile for both her w & h. She has become quite the cute little chunk!! She is ticklish finally and loves attention!!!! She just hit that stage this week where if I leave the room, or sometimes even set her down and leave to sit somewhere else, she screams bloody murder. And yes my little miss Kenadie is still bald, but she is beautiful :) I was bald or just had peach fuzz till I was about 3 years old, so i'm hoping she does not carry that gene!

4 Months!!!!

My baby girl is 4 months today!! She weighs 15 lbs 6 oz and is 24 1/2 inches long! She is in the 80 percentile for both! She is growing like a weed! And every day she has some new look to show us! She is such a happy baby too! She is sleeping good most nights, but she just got her shots again so hopefully it doesn't change like it did last time. She can roll on to her side, almost sit up by herself, and loves standing, with help of course! Belly time is straight torture like it used to, but there is a limited time for that also!We started her on some mush for the first time the other day, and she is just not quite sure what to think of it, but her faces are just hilarious! I just can't belive how fast time is going! It seems like I just had her! I love watching her grow, and the stages are soo much fun, but she is already growing too fast! Now I know how my mom felt :) Are summer is going great so far, it is alwasy in the 90's here and this week has been in teh 100's, its soo freaking hot, so we don't do much outside during the day!

We got the Bumbo Chair last week,and Kenadie LOVES it. she can sit up and see what everyone is doing and she can sit and watch me cook, there fore I love it :) We also have Lanes Cousins dog staying with us because the dog can't stay at the wadsworth house! She is a 7 month old mini austrailan sheperd, and she is very cute!! Her and Tigg are best friends , which works out perfect because Tig was so lonely and we just are not ready to get another dog yet!

My sweet little girl is already 3 months! She is getting so big! At her 2 month check up she was 12lbs 4oz and 23 inches long!In the 50 percentile so perfect!! She has become such a chunk!! I LOVE all her rollls!she is just becoming funner and funner! She smiles so much and is trying so har dto giggle at us! She is looking around alot and just about to sit up by herself! She is starting to love playing with toys and learned out to grip them! OH my word, she is just so much fun, im so happy I have her! oh how boring life would be without her! She is starting to sleep better now! She was sleeping PERFECT, then we got her immunizations and they just screwed everything up, but we are getting closer and closer to those good nights again!

Tara has a week left till she has her baby boy!! They are so excited, and I cant wait either!!

Wow, my little girl is 2 months now! And she is changing soo fast! She just keeps getting funner and funner. She is smileing so much now, and trying so hard to talk back to us. Her legs and arms are moving a hundred miles an hour and toys are very interesting to her. She is keeping herself busy for sometimes 15-20 minuters at a time while I get stuff done. And the most wonderful news is she is now sleeping at night alot. Sometimes she will get up once, and sometimes she won't even wake up till five thirty or six! ITs wonderful! Lets just hope it lasts :) Next week we have to get her in for her 2 month shots which I am so not looking forward to! Were a little late, but oh well!

As for Lane and I, we are doing great! He is keeping busy working of course and I am very busy taking care of Kenadie and Everything else that has to get done! I am missing doing nails so much, but I can't imagine leaving Keandie yet, so I would much rather just stay at home with her! Hope everyone is doing good, and hopefully Summer gets here fast :)

For those of you that are know us well you know that are dogs mean alot to us and are a memeber of are family. So i'm just hopeing that if I write about it maybe it will make me feel a little better. Yesturday I lost one of my best friends when we were out running. I watched my puppy have what we think was a heart attack. I watched him try to get up and come running but fail and colapse. I made it back to him for just a couple seconds left of his life. But I didn't care with tears running down my face I picked his limp body up and put him in the truck and rushed to the vet, to hear what I already knew, that Toby was gone. After Lane and I shed more tears for him, Lane took him up on the hill where we run to get burried.

I know some of you probably think I'm crazy but those dogs mean alot to me. Lane has been gone alot due to jobs through out our marraige and without the company of my dogs I don't know what I would have done. they are so friendly and so fun.They go EVERYWHERE with us, they sleep with us, they travel with us, and they eat are food ;). You can do anything to a dog, you can do or say mean things, you can neglect a dog, but when they see you they come running at you full speed with so much love in there heart. They are so loyal and loving.Toby I can't stop thinking about you and picturing you yesterday, my heart feels a little empty and sad today. I miss you and hope your in dog heaven :)

I'm going to miss;

-having to put a guard around myself when you come running in the door, because you are sooo excited to see us!

- hearing you moan after Lanes alarm clock goes off at 6am, and hearing you moan everytime we move in bed!

-watching you fit under all our suitcases in the back seat of the truck floor because you are scared of driving.

-I'm going to miss how excited you got when we would say the words "walk" or "go"

-how chaotic you made everything

-I'm going to miss you following me around in the middle of the night while I take care of Kenadie, then sleeping on my feet in the relcliner

-I'm going to miss how excited you are when we walk into the door, and the continous greeting we get for the next 5 min!

-I'm going to miss having my arm yanked our when I'm walking you becasue all you want to do is go faster and faster!

-the puppy dog eyes you give us when were not sharing out food as often as you think we should :)

-I'm going to miss you being a friend with Tig, he already misses you.

-watching you run around the house and sliding into everyway becasue you are going SOO fast!

-watch you throw a fit when we make you sleep in your own bed!

-you telling us off with a peticular bark, because we won't play with you!!

-I'm gonna miss seeing how excited you get over everything and watching your entire body shake with excitment!

-I'm even gonna miss picking up the inside of the toys that you tear to shreds!

-But most of all I miss your loving loyal heart, and i miss how cuddly you are. I hope you love dog heaven Toby ;) We love and miss you!!

One Month Pics

Holy cow, my baby is aleady a month old! Time is already flying by so fast! I'm trying to enjoy everything for as long as I can! I just love her so much and can't imagine life without now! Everything has changed so much! Kenadie is growing like crazy! She is already 10 lbs, 4 oz and 21 in long. She is starting to get lots of rolls, and I can't get enough of them ;) She is so much more awake and aware of whats going on around her already. She follows us with her big blue eyes, and smiles at us lots. She is such a happy baby :) I wanted to get pics professionally done, but at the time I just can't afford it so I decided to do them. I had so much fun, Kenadie had fun for most the time :) Remember there not perfect so try to ingnore some of the stuff, but I did my best! Theres lots of them so Enjoy!

Our little Kenadie is already 12 days old, holy cow its already going by so fast!! It has been quite the experience and I'm loving every minute of it :) Lots of family came by to see her, andit was so good to see everyone. My sisters haven't seen her yet and they can hardly wait. I have to email pics just about every day, but hopefully they will see her real soon! My mom came and stayed for just about a week right after she was born, and it helped so much! I already miss her tonz! It was quite emotional when she left. Kenadie is already back to her birth weight and is doing really good! She has a little jaundice but nothing serious and she had a little eye infection for a couple days, but even that has cleared up now. She hasn't quite mastered night and day yet, but hopefully she will get there real soon ;) Everyday she is awake a little bit more and is making more and more facial expresions already! The dogs are doing really good with her. There still a little hyper and a bit curious. They are protective of her already. When she cries, they are alert and follow us around while we carry her, and when shes laying down somewhere they like to be right there next to her. Oh i just love her sooo much! Here is just a couple of pictures of what we have been up to the last little bit!

Kenadie Kay Allen

Kenadie Kay Allen arrived Monday night, Feb. 8th at 10:21! She is 8lbs 1.7 oz and 20 1/4 inches long. She has beautiful dark skin and light brown hair. She is so pretty and we are so excited to have her here! I cannot belive how much we love her and how much she changes our life for the better!

Sunday night we went to the hospital, worried about high blood pressure. They monitored the baby and I for about 4-5 hours. My blood pressure went down then shot back up so they decided we would probably have to deliver in the morning because of the pre-eclampsia I kept being tested for, for the last 3 weeks. So at 8 am the next morning we took off to the hospital and was monitored for about 20 minutes when they decided they needed to induce me asap. After they were able to rupture my water, the plan was to put me on patosin to start the contractions but within 10 min of my water rupturing the contractions came on full just a minute apart. At about 6pm I was ready for my epidural. Within an hour I have dialated another 3 cm, and within about another hour-hour and a half I was fully dialted and ready to have this baby! Everything went great, still a little sore and defintetly tired but doing good! Thanks to everyone that called or wrote, or even thought about us! I'm sure I will be keeping the blog updated alot more now that I have something to write about :)

I'm am almost 32 weeks and the time is going slow!!! I am very uncomfy and exhausted, adn so very sick of this foot in my ribs :) Of course I have to complain about everything because I only have a little while longer to do it,b ut for the most part I have had a pretty decent pregnacy, nothing major has happened! I can't belive I am posting pictures, but yes this is me at 32 weeks. The picture does no justice!! I wish I could say I was one of those that just gets a beautiful little belly. but no I'm pregnant in my legs, my back, my arms my face and belly!!! I can't wait to get it off again :) But for some reason everyone has convinced me that Iw ill want pics to look back on, so with no regrets I took a couple, there not very good, but I'm sure I will have the "FULL" body ones for Christmas that will show everywhere :( Also I have gotten a little more into scrapbooking again and I did a little wall decoration for the baby! If you look closely yes you will find her name for the time being!! We both like it now but who knows we still have 8 weeks to change our minds :)

As for Moab, we like it for now but not sure we will want to stay here forever. Lane is working like crazy and while I"m putting on the pounds his are kinda leaving!!! Not fair! We are so excited for Christmas and hope that everyone is doing good!!!!

Ok so a little update, I finally took the move to Moab! I have only been here 2 days, but man has it been a long stressful process! Never, ever move while you are pregnant!!! It has been quite the experience! I've still got LOTS of unpacking to do, but I am so glad to be here. We live in a really big house, but a very old house. My bathroom is pepto bismol pink all over and the counters are pink with black dots! Then down stairs is bright turqoise!! Lots of color!! Its old and kinda ugly, but we dont even have the energy to care :) Lane is working like crazy, but learning alot! He gets to go down to St. George in a couple weeks and Wadsworth pays for him to do carpentry schooling!

These are just a couple pics of the bridge that Lane is working on. Its in Moab, and its over the Colorado River. They almost have one bridge done, then they will move traffic to that one, destroy the old one and build the a second one (or at least thats how I understand it)

Great news everyone if you haven't looked at you calenders we are getting very close to CHRISTMAS!!! I love christmas , but after unpacking, I don't know how much more I'm going to want to unpack for christmas decorations :)

As far as the baby, i am offically 28 weeks as of today, and am so ready for her to be out! Now that I'm finally over here, Lane got to feel and see the baby kicking, and its about time he got to! I'm getting big and swollen and can not wait for her to be here! I finally started buying just a few cheap baby clothes, and it was alot of fun! started with an ENTIRE cart full, then when I finally realized I had no more room I put back the majority of it :) Theres just too many cute things for girls! Hope everyones doing well. If your lucky I might take pics of my BeA-U-tiful house and post them :)

Mesquite.....Hunt........and New Job

Sorry no pictures involved, i've been terrible at pics lately. Also I really don't like being in them :) Alot has gone on this last month! We found out the sex of the baby, and are so excited! We are not having any real luck on coming up with a name we both agree on!! I feel like I"m getting bigger and bigger, and the pounds are starting to come on :(. This last month we celebrated out 2 year anniversary! Last weekend we got to head to MEsquite for the weekend and celebrate it! It was soo nice. I talked lane into getting a massage, and I to! My favorite part, i got to lye on my stomach for 1 whole hour!!!!! Also we swam so much. It felt so nice and I felt weightless ;)
As for this weekened its the (spike) ELK hunt, yay! Even though it was alot of fun up there, I have been up there since Thursday and came home today! ITs too cold, and I'm way sensitive to the smoke right now so I cut my camping trip 1 day short! But Lane is up there right now and I hope that he gets one tonight or tomorrow! He only has till tomorrow to hunt because he starts his new job very early Monday morning!!
I'm sure your all wandering about the new job!! Lane has been at the turf farm here in Richfield all summer, but its been really slow this summer and he would have been laid off in a month or two. So for the past couple months we have been looking around for jobs! He took a jobs in Moab for Wadsworth! ITs good cause he will be working for his uncle (hopefully that means its good). They are building a bridge over the Colorado River. Its way tuff work, but goodmoney! Right now they are working 7 days a week 14 hours a day! So he will not be able to come home ever, so i will be the one traveling to see him. This job will hopefully give us some stability for the winter to come and be able to get a head of some of our bills, thats why he took it! So we will see how it goes, cause now that I'm getting more and more pregnant I am scared of being here alone, all the time :( So We will keep looking for good stable jobs in the iron county area still(because they have way more jobs, then richfield) or if Lane ends up likeing this jobs I will move down there for a while to be with him, especially so he doesn't miss out on everything with the baby!! I will stop rambling now, but if you can't tell I am not lookin forward to this at all :(

Today we found out we are having a GIRL!!!! We are so excited! Lane is more excited about the ultra sound pic where she is giving the bird....which I will put on here later! What a proud father moment :) jk! Our due date moved closer another day, so now were looking at February 15th!!! It can't go by any slower, but with the weather cooling down its making me feel much better!!! Nausea is gone most the time, which is awesome!! Feeling the baby now and then and getting bigger for sure!!!

Baby Update

So not alot of new things going on. We had a doctors appointment last Monday and heard the heartbeat for the first time which was pretty neat. I am finally into my second trimester and feeling sooo much better! I"m getting used to being tired and working through it, and the nausea is pretty close to being gone!!!!! Stuff is getting done in my house again and things are running more smoothly! My belly has definetly started to grow! I'm slowly growing out of my clothes and have figured out sweats are soo comfy :) My jeans are held together with a pony tail, yes that day was a very emotional day, but I"m over it and very excited :) We have been crazy busy this summer. WE have had something every single weekened. Hopefully we will find out the sex of the baby real soon! I don't care what We have but Lane is convinced it is a BoY!!!! He is so excited! Besides that not alot of intersting things going on. HOpe everyones summer has been great because it is almost GONE!!!

Blonde Moment + Ultra Sound= Painful Ending!!

Ok so I had a second Ultra Sound done today! While Drinking my 5, 80z of water again today before the ultra sound I realized what I had done wrong last time!!!! Last time I drank all my water out of water bottles I had in the fridge! On the bottle it had 16.9 FL OZ (1 PT, .9 FL OZ). So me being all smart decided that each water bottle had .9 FL OZ. of water in it! So i drank 5-6 water bottles! That ultra sound was soooo painful! I wanted to cry, but maybe that is because I drank somewhere around 84.4 oZ of water right before when I was only supposed to drink somewhere around 40! So this time I caught on to that while I was drinking the first bottle and this time I only drank 3 bottles of water and the ultra sound was a 100% better! My heck, you wouldn't think my blondness would cause pain :) The ultra sound was really neat this time, We got to see the baby, and see the heart beat, which was so amazing. My due date switched to Feb. 18th!!!

Ok so if you didn't understand the post before, We are having a baby!!! We are not very far along at all but were too excited to hold it in! Today I went and had an ultra sound done (by the way how come nobody told me about how much fun they are :( when I say fun i acutally mean painful on the bladder) to see how far exactly we are! Well it didn't quite do a whole lot of good but show us that yes there is a baby in there but we are only maybe 4-5 weeks along! The due date is somewhere around February 22nd! A long ways away!! We are thrilled and hope everything goes well, even though we told so early in the pregnancy so cross you fingers for us that is does!!!

This last month has been pretty busy! I have been in Escalante every weekened now for Kellys graduation, family reunions, and of course my job, nails!!! Lane is still driving like crazy over the road! They are trying hard to get him home on the weekeneds, but considering the fact that I work every weekend and he leaves Sunday, its not much time to see eachother! Escalante just keeps getting busier and busier, and I love it, even though I come home absolouly exhausted!!! Friday night was Kellys Graduation, Saturday was an Allen reunion dinner at Kingston Park, and after that was Lanes direct family reunion in Escalante till Tuesday!

So these last couple of weeks I have been painting the inside of my house like crazy. It was alot of work and I still have like 4 more rooms, but I'm burned out for a whie!!! The living room is all done and the kitchen, dining room, and hall are mostly dont just need the ceiling done and behind the fridge ( Lanes jobs when he gets home). Its amazing how much paint can do!! These aren't very good pictures and yes its a huge mess, but I'm burned out with any "extra work" in my house :)!!! Lane is still driving OTR, and to me it is really starting to get old, but we've got to do, what we got to do!!! Toby lost his "manly hood" yesturday!! His testosderome was running very high, so we needed to get him fixed!! Now Tigg might have to also!!! Glad its not me :) I have been getting very busy in Escalante doing nails, and I am absoloutly loving it!! I can't wait to be even more busier!!! I am lovin the warm weather and cant wait to start laying out in the sun!!! Other than that, we haven't had alot go on!!!

Yay, good news Lane is here finally for just a couple days!!! His run just happen to go right through here, only bad thing, he comes on the day before I get to go home and do nails :( Thats ok we will hopefully make something work!!!! And also I cut my hair. Yikes, I was scared, I havent cut my hair this short since at least 6th or 7th grade!! But I needed something new so I said forget about howbig of a chicken I am because I just need to do it!!! Final Score in Championship game Esc. vs Dusch.

This Last week was State Boys Basketball here in Richfield!! Of course Escalante took the championship again against Duschsene!!!!! Thats now 3 out of 4 years we have taken it! Who knows the next time we will be able to do it so enjoy it now. I didn't take any pics so sorry this is going to be kindof a boring blog! This was the first year ever that Lane has missed state! He was driving truck, and at the time was in Houston, Texas! I think it nearly killed him not to be there. Every 2 minutes I had to text him score, time ,quarter etc. He is on hs 2nd week on the road again. Last time he was driving for I believe 25 days, then home for 5 days and back again! It sucked, I will not lie! THe first week isnt bad, kindof a nice break ;) but after that I'm ready for him to come home. Right now we have no idea when he will be able to head back home this time! HOpefully soon! Lanes BDAY was on March 2nd, and of course he was driving, so before he left I broke the news to him that his bday present was tickets to George Strait concert in West Valley in July!! Of course I have not ordered the tickets yet because I am trying to find the best, and most cheap place to purchase the tickets!! Some places arent even selling them yet! Plus the seating arrangment is really confusing! I have only been to a concert in Vegas not a a ampitheater!!Were just buying cheap tickets, because of course we are broke, but its ok we will be there!!! So if anyone Knows alot about cheap, half decent tickets, and which websit is the best to purchase them, let me know please :)!!!Nothing really new going on in out lives, just a little "dog drama" :) that no one really wants to hear about!!! I promise someday I will have more interesting thing to talk about, rather than Lane and I, and our weekly stress and events! 8*)

Draper Temple

I know its been a while since I've updated the blog, but are lives have been pretty boring :) Today most of Lanes family and Lane and I went to the Draper Temple open house! Before it is dedicated all public is open to go in and see the temple! It was totally worth getting up at 4:30 in the morning to make it there on time. It was very, very pretty and we had a lot of fun seeing the family, even though it was only for a couple hours! ,My favorite part had to be when we went into the Celestial Room, which had a huge beautiful crystal chandlier looking thing :) ( I think thats what it was, but not really sure) it was so pretty, my nephew, Vincent who is 5, walks into the room and says, "Cool, its a disco ball!!"!! You probably had to be there to find it funny, but it really was!!!

Things at our house are still up and down, and I swear our plans change about every couple of days! Its very stressful :) Lane is so happy to be back to truck driving! He is in St. George, getting ready to drive off to New Mexico, Texas, Salt Lake, and I'm sure other surrounding states! HOpefully this works out and we have no more problems with jobs, so please cross your fingers ;) I have been staying very busy working at the salon and going home to Escalante! Tigg and Toby get along most of the time, one minute there best friends, and the next minute Toby is a jealous and kindof becomes a bulley, and Tigg somewhat cowers down to him :( Its kinda sad!! But were gonna give a while longer!! Little advice, I like having 2 dogs cause there not so lonely when were gone, but man it is so much more work, I still wander sometimes, what was I thinking 8*) Anyways here are some pictures of everyone after we walked through the temple:

Yesturday Lane and I headed up north to go see Body Worlds 3 in Salt Lake with His parents and Cally & Josh. It was amazing!! It took like almost 3 hours to go through it, but it was worth it. After that Cally, Josh, Lane and I walked around temple square, which was really pretty! Unfortuently I couldnt take any pics at Body Worlds, but I was able to take a few pictures at the temple!!!

This year for Christmas we got to go home for 4 days..it was alot of fun!! Because of Lanes work and the snow storm we wernt able to leave until Christmas day, but we made it on time. We had 3 Christmas's between the families, and let me tell you we got spoiled!!! I forgot my camera xmas day so here is just a couple of random pics in like 2 days!!!

OK, I think I am just a little bit more positive now!! Things have been really busy lately and we have had alot of ups and downs!! This last week, we had alot of fun. We headed to Tuscon, AZ!! It was a LONG drive, but it was worth it!! Lane got to finally meet alot of my moms crazy side of the family!!! Its been over 6 years since I have seen that side, so it was so nice to be able to see and catch up with everyone. It was also a really good time for me to spend some time with my mom and sister! This was the first time Lane had ever been away for Thanksgiving, so he was a little homesick, but he did really good. We missed both out families alot in Escalante, but it was fun! This was also the first time I have ever went shopping on black Friday!!! It is so not for me. I lasted about 1 hour. It was way TOO crowed, I got cluster fobic!! But later that day we wentto another mall, and it was alittle better!! AWESOME SALES!!!
After coming home from Tucson I spent 2 days there to do nails. Finally on Wednesday we came home to Richfield. And it has been a hectic week trying to catch up with laundry, dishes, xmas decorating, xmas gift deadlines, bill and of course work everyday!!! This morning Lane had an interview out at Aspen Ranch (troubled kids ranch) at 11am. It is now 8:30 and I have not heard from him,(besides 1 message that kept cutting out) so I am really hoping that he got the job and they started him right away. It isnt the best for pay, but I dont care ANYTHING works :)

Hi everyone, just thought I would add a blog since its been a couple weeks!! Doing nails in Escalante as been a great experence so far, hopefully it will keep going good!! Still a little slow at the salon, but i still have hope :) Also this last week we had a little bad news, Lane just got laid off of work. Were doin okay but were pretty worried. So if you see me and I'm acting a little off or mean, I'm sorry, Kinda in my own world right now!! I'm trying to be positive, but its a little hard right now, so if anyone has any advice I would love to hear it :) This last weekened was alot of fun, we headed up north to go christmas shopping, get nail supplies, and ah yes the best part to watch TWILIGHT!!! We went up and stayed the night at Lanes aunt Jans, and then shopped and hung around Callys house playin with the kids!! Later that night, Cally and I went to twilight the movie, and Lane and Josh went to Quantom of Solace, or something like that!! I loved Twilight, it was pretty awesome, i can't wait to hear if there is another movie coming out!!! This next week we are pretty busy. We are headed to Tuscan, AZ for Thanksgiving! I havent been to my moms side of the family for at least 6 years!!! Plus this is the first time Lane will be meeting alot of them, so were excited, just not for the 12 hour drive :(

Hi everyone, nothin real new going on in our lives, but I've had some complaints from some friends cause I need to write a new blog!!!I am now working 2 days a week at a salon doing nails, and also doing nails in Escalante every 2 weeks! Its been great so far. Lane is still at the Turf farm, just hopeing every week that they have a run, because its starting to get cold! He is also waiting for a job on the rigs to open up! So if anybody has any hook ups...hook us up :) This last weekened I went down to Escalante and got to spend 4 days with my family, and also do nails. Then on Saturday we headed up to State Volleyball and watched! It was alot of fun! All the teams played great, except I have to admit I was a little disapointed at who got in the championship for 1A, Sorry I'm just not a fan of Panguitch or Rich! We need some new teams in there. Other than that theres not a whole lot going on, hopefully i will download some new pics soon!!!

So this last week we finally moved into our house in Elsinore!! I am so happy we finally are out of the old house. This one is alot nicer and homier ( sorry don't know how to spell that :)) Thursday night Lane headed to the beaver mtn. to hunt for a spike elk! Lane, his dad, TJ, Tyler (old boss) Casey, Kolter and Katie were all up there camping! TJ, and Tyler were able to shoot one, but no one else had such luck. For a day or two it was pretty good weather, but the next day was extremly cold, and lots of snow!!!Lane headed home Monday, and somehow convinced me to go stay another night with him on the moutain! So I did. Me and Tigg had a lot of fun, besides the cold, which i did not like! In the picture below it looks warm and clear, but inside those trees its cold, snowy and muddy!!! We came home late last night with out a spike!! Too bad, but there is still 3 more days left!!

So this weekned we headed to Mesquite for our anniversary!! It was an awesome weekened. First we headed to St. George, shopped a little, got my ring cleaned, then went and saw my good friend Cherish!! After that we went and ate at our favorite place the Texas Road House, it was soooo good!!! Then we headed to Mesquite in the 104 degree weather :) I loved it! We stayed at the Casa Blanca. That night we went in the jacuzzi, which was so nice. The rest of the time, we ate lots of food, hung around the pool, shopped more, and Lane even gambled a little!!! Our last night there we went and watch House Bunny at the theaters, Lane was worried it was going to be a chick flick, but it was way too funny, and he liked it alot :) Its my new favorite! The next morning we headed home :( way too soon!We stoped in at my old job at South Central and saw some of my old friends.. Thats was so nice to see then all, I miss everyone in St. George! Now were back here in Richfield, freezing in the Air Conditioned house wishing I was back in Mesquite in the warm jacuzzi!! Below and to the right side are just a couple pics of the weekned!

HI everyone, doing my best to keep everyone updated with out exciting lives!!
Great news only about3 weeks left of school, then I get to graduate and go get certified and make some $MoNeY$ Which would be pretty much the first time Lane and I have both been working since we have been married. Maybe we wont be so broke , that will be a new feeling 8*) It sounds like I am most likely going to be working a syndicut on main street,which is way awesome!! Also Lane andI are moving on the first of October. We are just moving to a nice little home in Elsinore ( about 10 minutes away from richfield) ITs a cute and cheaper home, than what were in now.It is a year contract,so it looks like this is where Lane and I are going to try to live!!
Last night we had some fun little visitors; Lex, jesse,parker and Sydney! It was fun to see them, and catch up on everything. Sure wish we could see family alot more often! Once again, Tigg loved the kids. All of a sudden hes started to get very protective of kids. Its kinda sweet! And he had a lot of fun with them,probably most likely because they would play with him non stop.After they left Tuesday morning, he just sat on the back of the couch , started out the window and moped for the rest of the day!!! It was funny
This week, we have alot going on..Hopefully we will get home for Claytes funeral. After hearing about Clayte, it really made me think about how truly blessed I am, and now one of my goals, is to not concentrate on everything Lane and I dont have, but concentrate on all the good things we are lucky to have! ill Let you know how that turns out in a couple weeks! Also going to try and make it for Chelsi's dirty little bridal shower,,cant miss that ;.) And finally on Saturday we are headed up to Mesquite for our big **1 year anniversary**n

OK so this blog is for Danni Kell (it makes her sad that I dont update my blog ever) lol!!!Anyways right now I am on my break from school. I go back next week, and hopefully be done sometime in September YAY!! I have been a little lonely on this break though because Lane has been working in Idaho for the last couple of weeks!! So that leaves me and Tigg here! Besides me working part time,we do the best we can to entertain our selves, which includes lots of walks, judge judy, and judge christina, netflix and playing outside for a little tan!! Today I made reservations for Mesquite for next month!!! The event is lane and my * 1 year anniversary*..holy cow we have made it that far ALMOST!! :) Were just going to go spend a couple days down there, bowl, swim, maybe he will gamble ( I'm still underage 8*( ) Oh yes and this month I finally got a car!!Its quite the upgrade from the ole altima!! I got a saturn Ion quade couple, and I love it!! Its so nice to have a radio, AC, and just a clean car! Well Other than that,i know my life isnt that interesting for others,so the next intersting thing that happens, I will right my blog right away.....I promise Danni!!!!

Lane and I have been married for almost a year in September. Its been a pretty tough year at time, but one of the best also! We are currently living in Richfield, utah where I am going to school for nail tech. Igraduated in September, and I am so excited. Lane drives for the turf farm.. It keeps him very busy!
