Christmas!

Lane was Home for Christmas! YAY! Big deal since holidays are a very rare occurrence for him. Kenadie was a lot of fun! She got into the spirit of Christmas all month with her mom. I love the season, but am already so tired and miserable that I didn't do nearly as much as I usually do! Kenadie got to visit Santa for the first time and a church program. She LOVED him. It was so funny! She was not afraid or shy at all. She couldn't wait to get on his lap. And as we left she said, "that was awesome!" She got a big girl bike from Santa, and art easel, which she plays with a lot and all her favorite toy story Characters! She had so much fun! We celebrated a day early at our house so that she could have a full day to enjoy her new toys. Them Tuesday morning we headed to Escalante to spend it with the rest of the family! She was spoiled! Such a lucky girl. Too bad we were sick the entire time, It made it so miserable! We only statyed their for a couple days then headed back here to get stuff done and ready around the house and for baby brother!

 

 

 Jesses Cowgirl Hat! It is such and ugly red velvet hat, but its the cutest thing ever on her. Especially when shes playing with her Jesse doll and they both have their hats on!

Halloween!

Lane was home for Halloween this year, so it was a lot of fun! We went to the pumpking patch, rode the train and picked out our pumpkins! Finally Lane got into a holiday! He had fun carving the pumpkins. Infact we had to go get more pumpkins so we could get into it more. His pumpkin turned out awesome! He did a bucking bull and it took hours. Looks so good though! Kenadie was a pirate this year!  She loved it. She really wanted to be Jesse the cowgirl but the costume I found was way to expensive so she settled for a "pirate Jesse"?!?!?!

Fall and some of Winter

We had a lot of fun on the spike elk hunt this year. We stayed on the Beaver mtn for probably 4 days with Lane.  Lance and Lori came and visited for a day and Kenadie had a lot of fun with them. She got to ride horses and go on the four wheeler. Sadly Lane didn't get a spike. No worries cause for the deer hunt I shot my first buck! Was a small 2 point but I didn't gut shoot him so I was happy. I shot a really big nice one but got it in the leg and Lane couldn't find it so I settled for the 2 point the last day of the hunt. I had a ton of fun hunting this year. A bit rough on my belly and bladder but still fun!
